We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies, however, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from scheduling their service appointment. 

If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours before the time of service you will be charged the price of your service, which can be added to your next service. 

We understand that delays can happen however, If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment unless you are okay with this time being deducted from your appointment.
